ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY & USER NOTICE
Effective Date: May 21, 2026
1. Strict Jurisdictional Compliance & Lawful Use
NetGet Network operates its network architecture design and custom gateway ROM deployments in strict adherence to international laws. By utilizing our gateway configurations, custom routing capabilities ("Private Transfer/Global Outbound"), or SD-WAN enterprise interconnects, the User explicitly warrants and represents that they are utilizing the infrastructure solely for lawful purposes.
The User further guarantees that they are not accessing the service from, nor routing traffic to, strictly prohibited regions, nor using the provided network topologies to bypass sovereign telecommunications laws where such evasion is deemed a criminal offense.
2. Zero-Tolerance Sanctioned Territories & Forfeiture
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall NetGet's services, hardware, or customized ROMs be utilized within, or for the benefit of entities located within, the Russian Federation or the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).
Any technical evasion tactics—including but not limited to VPN obfuscation, GPS spoofing, proxy chaining, or MAC address masking—used to access, control, or update NetGet infrastructure from these sanctioned territories constitute a severe and material breach of this Agreement.
Upon automated or manual detection of such breaches, all active services, network routes, and hardware support licenses will be instantaneously and permanently nullified. NO financial compensation, no prorated refunds, and no data recovery avenues will be provided under any circumstances. The User forfeits all rights to service continuity upon violation of this clause.
3. Mainland China Regulatory Restriction
In absolute compliance with the telecommunications regulations of the People's Republic of China, NetGet Network's advanced traffic engineering features—specifically the "Secure Global Routing" (Private Transfer) and "Cross-Border SD-WAN" functionalities—are structurally disabled and fundamentally unsupported for end-users and endpoints physically located within Mainland China. These specific outbound routing services are provisioned exclusively to compliant offshore jurisdictions and international corporate entities.
4. Intellectual Property & Firmware Integrity
The custom router ROMs, structural network blueprints, and administrative gateway panels provided by NetGet Network remain the intellectual property of NetGet and its parent entity, DPLAY-TEAM. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate the software on deployed hardware. Reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, or unauthorized modification of the core bootloader and gateway firmware is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
NetGet Network provisions the structural foundation for your digital infrastructure; however, we act purely as a network systems architect and integrator. We are strictly not a conduit for illegal activity, nor do we monitor the payload of your internal traffic.
The User assumes all liability for the data transmitted over the constructed infrastructure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NetGet Network, DPLAY-TEAM, and their respective directors, engineers, and partners disclaim all liability for user-inflicted breaches of local telecommunications regulations, copyright infringements, or censorship laws. The User agrees to indemnify and hold NetGet Network harmless from any legal claims, fines, or damages arising from the User's abuse of the deployed network architecture.
